Colorado Tree and Firewood Company LLC was founded in 2008 for our love and passion for the environment and the enjoyment of the outdoors! When growing up on our Southern Colorado ranch, our main source of heat was from managing the trees on our land by providing the necessary wood fuel to heat our family’s home. We would work the wood ourselves every spring

and summer from the Piñon, Rocky Mountain Juniper, and Red Cedar trees that naturally grew on our ranch. Doing this would both preserve the land by preventing forest fires, strengthening the health of native grasses for cattle and wildlife, as well as create an energy efficient source of heat for us to use. It gives us great pleasure knowing that the firewood we provide for our customers will create affordable warmth for their homes, helps the environment, and makes a comfortable gathering place for uniting family and friends. We carry several types of wood, as each has its own unique characteristics and use, depending on what you are looking for. We are happy to help in figuring out what will work best for your needs. In efforts to keep this precious resource abundant, for every firewood purchase a portion of that purchase will be donated to the Arbor Day Foundation towards the replanting of new trees in our parks.
